Omg so cool! Thank you so much for this hack. I’ve been buying panty liners and sticking them to my inserts and my husband’s like no thank you I don’t need no pantiliner coming off and getting stuck to the bottom of my foot.😂😂

I work in a Drs office and I try!!! ALWAYS greet with a smile, try to remember their kids' names but some people are like vampires!

A couple of decades ago, I read a book. The one thing that I remember about this book is: to beat depression do something for someone every day for 2 weeks. The response? Why should I do something for someone when they haven't done anything for me!!! The therapist said, well, maybe it will take you 4 weeks. ~ Tee-hee. I agree, though. After doing service, it makes not only the receiver feel good, but also the giver of that service. It doesn't have to be anything big, either.

This is a message mega retailers like Amazon & Walmart need to here. If SOCIETY approached life with this attitude, can you imagine the shift? People would stress less. A less stressed society would improve mental health. Service is a vocabulary word more need to learn & live.
